Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice and missed appointments will be charged in full.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer or paypal. Payment must be settled at time of booking and is non refundable. If you need to change your appointment time please give at least 24-48hours notice. If you must make changes to your appointment within 24 hours of its original time, special consideration will only be given in exceptional circumstances.
Appointments that start late due to clients late arrival will still end at the expected time. The appointment will still be charged at the full rate.
Written readings may take up to 14 days to deliver.
I work with psychological and energetic dynamics associated with illness. This may release stress. This is not a replacement conventional medical treatment or supplements. If you have a concern about a physical condition, please ensure you see a doctor before booking a session with me. If you are concerned about the health of a pet, please take it to the vet before booking a reading.
