How long we retain your data

Our insurance providers require us to retain our clients information for 7 years following the last occasion that treatment was given. In the case of treatment of minors, records will be kept up to 7 years after they reach the age of 18. In the case of those with terminal conditions, our insurance provider require us to retain records indefinitely. Your information will be stored for no longer than is necessary.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
